About Us

Anabela Pinto and Julie Brooke are highly acclaimed and accomplished freelance wedding photographers living in London.

Together they make up Anju Wedding Photography, delivering ‘Haute Photographie’… memorable, splendid and glamourous wedding images.

Anabela and Julie photographed many weddings professionally, before joining together to form Anju. They have had over twenty years of experience in wedding photography. Their style is confident and relaxed, but fun, quirky, energetic and fashionable. 

They met three years ago through Phocus, a group of local photographic artists. Phocus regularly hosts photographic art exhibitions in Greenwich, Deptford and Charlton.

Anabela and Julie are members of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, the Royal Society of Photographers, the Photographers’ Gallery in London, and Freelance Photographers. 

They always meet with you as a couple, and offer a pre-wedding photography shoot to ensure their photography will meet your expectations.

Anabela is imaginative, stylish, and extremely creative in her approach to capturing moments spontaneously and colourfully.

Julie is traditional and classic, capturing emotions, feelings and details. Julie specialises in black and white film photography. She completed her City & Guilds in Photography in 2006. During that year, she entered a portfolio of black and white images taken at a wedding in Temple Church, London for Ilford’s “student of the year” competition and secured a runners up position.

Together, they form Anju Wedding Photography, capturing precious photographic memories for you to treasure.
